What is the return policy?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 3 days of purchasing your preorder item.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there’s a problem with your order, please reach out to us, we’ll always do our best to help and find a solution.
Are any purchases final sale?
Because each preorder item is specially made based on your order request, we kindly ask that any cancellations be made within 3 days of placing your order.
If you need a small adjustment, please feel free to reach out to us. We truly want you to have a positive experience and will always do our best to help however we can.
When will I get my order?
All preorder items will begin processing once the preorder period has ended. Since we are a small business carefully preparing each order in small batches, processing may take approximately 10 business days.
Orders are expected to ship out by June 8th. We’re doing our very best to make sure every order is made with care and shipped as quickly as possible. Thank you so much for your patience and support — it truly means a lot to us!

We offer FREE shipping on all preorder items with no minimum order required. Since each item is carefully made and prepared in small batches, shipping times may vary slightly, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as soon as it’s ready.
